    I've had the personal pleasure of having Monikah as my coach. Her no-nonsense, straight forward approach to taking the leap, as she says, sometimes made me uncomfortable and sometimes that's exactly what I needed to get out of my box. I totally get that she believes in me and won't sell out on my dreams as I sometimes do. She rocks! :)

    Your description of the greatest myth was superb. People are either moving forward in their lives or they are falling back. Coaching keeps people moving forward which is always healthy.
