I hate Internet Herpes too :-)

As a business tech chap - I get to see more of it than I care to.

I do hope you ensure that your machine is properly backed up. Machines can be replaced - data is harder!

I'm pretty good about backing up my stuff. I use Mozy, so it does it automatically. I also have a Maxtor external HD and back up my stuff every month or so (it's a backup for my backup... yes... I'm a little paranoid, but not enough to do it every day :) )

Have you install anti-virus software and schedule for regular update? If yes, what is it so that I will keep record not using. :)
